With ever deepening understanding and awareness of the great web of life and the sacred mysterious forces which move and shape all things. Following the wisdom paths of our ancestors brings confidence faith and trust that we are supremely guided each and every day as we walk with The Mystery and experience the miracle of life’s unfolding.
The sacred path is about learning to love ourselves and each other unconditionally, and remembering how to be in harmony with the natural world, reverently approaching the experiences and challenges that come as opportunities of empowerment.
Everything in the physical universe becomes part of the journey into fear, or the journey back to love, depending on how it is used by the mind.

I’m all about community, moving passed our walls of difference, and joining our strengths together to build a healthy supportive place to live and pass on to our children. I feel we all have a responsibility to create community where we are, that allows for all people to have an opportunity to contribute, feel purpose and belonging.
My interest are in the mystical wisdom traditions and nature centred spirituality, the magical ways of my Ancestors and all expressions of animism, shamanism, folk magick and cunning craft. I lean on indigenous wisdoms to help me find my place and know how to walk straight.
My spiritual path is about remembering how to travel light with a grateful heart. The work is an inside job. It requires effort perseverance and commitment to stay focused, clear out the junk and heal the wounded past.
Life teaches me each day to become more brave, independent, faithful, open-hearted, and limitless. To let-go of small thinking and constrictive emotions, to back myself 100%, and to know that I never walk alone.
We are all here together, those gone before those yet to come, all those spirits seen and unseen, are here.

1.5hr energy healing session. B is an experienced energy healer and shamanic practitioner with over 25yr experience working with people. She works with crystals, spirit guides, medicine drum, spirit rattle, and channelling.
Sessions primarily serve to free the fear-based tension and limitation being held within the clients physical emotional and mental bodies.
They also allow a deeper space for soul integration and for messages and spiritual guidance to come through.

Learn essential methods to enhance your grounding, connection, inclusion, harmony, reciprocity, gratitude and flow within the great field of living energies.
